1. In order to play, you need to create an account.
2. Click 'Download client' below.
3. Extract the Zip file (contains only application files and dlls).
4. Run 'midhem_dx.exe' or 'midhem_gl.exe' depending on your PC.

If you want to edit the clients SETTINGS/HOTKEYS/ACTIONBAR/BOT configuration you can find it in this folder: %appdata%\Midhem Online\midhem
